Yet again more Super Bowl news. Seriously we wish to stop talking about it soon. Anyway what is it with Super Bowl half time performances, scandals and then public betrayals? A few years ago it was Justin Timberlake that did it on Janet with 'Nipplegate', prompting Ms Jackson to say she felt utterly let down by his support and reaction. Now Madonna is doing it on M.I.A scolding the latter publicly on the Ryan Seacrest show by describing her actions at Super Bowl as negative and a teenage to say the least. Talk about loyalty.To be honest, we have about had it with Madonna. First she hires the girl to make her all relevant again and then she betrays her just like that when all of a sudden it seems like things might not be going to plan! Not only that, lately if Madonna is not slagging someone off, then she is either saying they copied her or something. One minute she was loving Gaga, the next minute she was not. Then she went after old rival, Janet. And who can forget the episode with those poor fans that offered her flowers(see video below)? Anyway Madonna we got some wise words for you. You are an icon. You have achieved so much and it is highly unlikely anyone will eclipse what you have done anytime soon. Please stop with the backstabbing and bitchiness, it is so unnecessary and just makes you look very immature and insecure! Carry on this way, and you will soon be that washed up singer that used to be a legend! A word is enough for the wise!

This clip of NeNe Leakes (from the Real Housewives of Atlanta) on Glee had us in fits of laughter when we saw it we almost rolled off the chairs we were sitting on. Apparently her brief appearance on the episode which has already aired in the States was so popular with the critics, the producers of the show have signed her on for more episodes in the future, wow! Unfortunately for Glee fans in the UK, it is going to be a few weeks before we get to see the whole episode. It airs on Sky 1 after a returning from a brief hiatus on March 1st at 9pm.

Adele has been getting a lot of props recently but there is someone who is definitely not feeling her style. Asked by a Parisian newspaper at an interview recently what the thought of today's crop of pop singers, creative director of Chanel, Karl Lagerfeld responded, 'the thing at the moment is Adele. She is a little too fat, but she has a beautiful face and a divine voice.’ A sort of compliment that also managed to offend in equal measure because he also added that he loves Lana Del Rey's style but finds her music uninspring.Anyway, Adele is one feisty chick and a response was bound to come sooner or later. In an interview with people magazine that has just surfaced, Adele seemed to be addressing the Lagerfeld issue. She said and we quote, 'I've never wanted to look like models on the cover of magazines. I represent the majority of women and I'm very proud of that.' Meow!Which makes us ask would win this battle? The arrogant fashion legend that has made and broken careers or the cocky newbie that is highly adored by music fans across the world? Adele's legion of fans are already calling for a boycott of Lagerfeld so this may well get very ugly indeed. How Lagerfeld would respond, only time will tell.

I used to love tuning in each Saturday to see which musical guest were performing, checking out the cool fashions and of course watching the dancers. Soul Train had a tradition each Saturday afternoon and that was the famous line dance. Since hearing the terrible news of Soul Trains creator Don Cornelius's passing this week,I have been reliving many of my Saturday afternoons as a teenager via You Tube. Nike has re-released their popular Air Jordon Concord which were originally released in 1995. I personally have never really been a fan of Jordon's, but I will say I did like this style. I'm shocked to hear that the re-release has caused a frenzy in America with near riot scenes happening at malls across the country. There have been reports of shots being fired into the crowds, people carrying pepper spray, and people pushing and breaking down the doors of one mall just to get their hands on a pair. There is also a report of young man being stabbed to death in Washington D.C for the sneakers. I understand wanting to look fly, but resorting to violence and someone loosing their life over a pair of shoes, just so you can look! This is not the answer! Its' very sad to hear to this kind of news at Christmas, when we should all be showing goodwill to one another!

It does not end there, both movies will see two of Hollywood's leading ladies go head to head not only in terms of who could be the baddest but also whose version will receive the bigger takings. "Mirror Mirror" starring Julia Roberts in the lead role as the evil queen will be the first to see release; it hits in theaters in March.

While "Snow White and the Huntsman", starring Charlize Theron in the lead role as the evil queen will follow three months later in June.

The previews and promotional clips for both movies have already debuted and so far we are undecided which one to choose, the silently sinister looking queen or the in your face sinister looking queen? Geez, this is like picking between Cadbury and Nestle Chocolates, we want both. Guess its see you all there when both movies hit the big screen

H&M's collaboration with Versace this autumn was a huge hit with shoppers, I think this was due to Donetella Versace revisiting the early 90's when Versace was on at it's height. This coming SS/12 H & M will be collaborating with Marni an another Italian fashion house. Designer Consuelo Castiglioni who launched Marni back in 1994 is best know for her simple silhouettes, with an artsy appeal through the mix of different prints and patterns she uses. I for one am loving this sneak peek, I'm just not sure if the masses will get or understand the design aesthetics of Marni? Only time will tell if Marni's collaboration with H&M will be as successful as Versace's. Will you be purchasing anything form The Marni collaboration?

Just 156km West of the big smoke (London), lies the city of Bath. Inscribed as a World Heritage Site in 1987, the city is the pride of many Brits. Ask any British individual to describe what they love about it and they may just say it is Britain at its finest; amazingly wonderful architecture, naturally beautiful landscape and a quaint urban layout.

But do not expect it to end there. Bath is never complete without a mention of its natural thermal baths. In truth, the city has the warmest thermal springs in the UK and was originally established as a spa town by the Romans around 43 AD. Among the hoards that flock to the city every year and we are talking in the millions, many head to the Thermae Bath Spa; a new development that opened in 2006 and replaced the original Roman Baths which are no longer in use but are still open for touristic viewing. Located in a weirdly contemporary looking glass and concrete building surrounded on all sides by buildings that remind one of a throw back to the Georgian era, the new Spa has two natural thermal baths (an open-air rooftop pool and an indoor pool in the basement), a large steam room sauna with numerous foot massage bowls and four circular glass pods, 20 spa treatment rooms, and a cafe/restaurant open only to visitors on the 1st floor.

Entry into the building is quite simplistic; you walk into a reception area that has water cascading down the wall behind the front desk, join a queue which is quite tame compared to others we have seen in the UK and pay a fee which is dependent on the amount of time you wish to spend in the spa with slippers, bathrobes and spa treatments or massages coming at an additional cost. Once you have paid, you are fitted with an electronic wrist tag; we lost count of the number of times we almost lost ours because they kept slipping off. The tags are needed to lock the lockers provided and to record any purchases made at the in-house restaurant; you pay on the way out when you leave. First impressions are quite important and the spa does not disappoint. One step into the stairwell and the sounds of splashing water coupled with the crisp smell of its mineral richness is enough to chill even the most stressed of all souls. Our favorite hangout was the roof top pool where you can sit lazily watching the city and the day go by while bubbles and steam rising from the warm spring water around you gently soothe and tingle your senses. It is especially a pretty sight at night when it is lit in range of rich warm changing colours via lights located underneath the water but beware, it can also get busy then with people scrambling for one of the numerous flotation devices provided.

If you are not one for the outdoorsy pool, getting out of the water to dash indoors in winter can be daunting for some people, head for the indoor pool in the basement, it is huge and has what we can only describe as a Jacuzzi at one end.

The saunas are also not to be missed, when we visited each of the 4 pods featured lotus flower, frankincense, eucalyptus and mint, and sandalwood respectively. Sampling each one had our senses blissfully rejuvenated.

Between your dips in the pool, you may get some craving for food, trust me after a while we had the munchies. No worries you can savor the food in the restaurant without having to race to your locker to get your credit cash or cash, it is charged to your tag and you also get an additional free 45 minutes added to your time on the premises. Although the restaurant is not exactly Michelin styled, it served it purpose; it also served one of the most scrumptious delicious chicken pesto panini we have tried in quite a while.
The Thermea Bath Spa proved such an exhilarating and refreshing experience when it was time to leave, we almost did not want to. Just one more dip in the pool, we kept saying. Overall the pluses apart for the pools themselves are, the building although a bit of an oddball is very well maintained and easy to navigate and the staff are very polite and friendly. We did not much to complain about; on yeah after a while our slipping wrist tags did start to get rather annoying, those need to be sorted out. Would we recommend a visit? Of course yes, we are already planning our next visit and we hope to spend more time exploring the city and its surroundings then too. If you are around the area or you plan on visiting the UK, then a stop here is definitely a must for your itinerary.

This is because I love their successful ladies fragrance Flowerbomb which has notes of Tea, Bergamot, Freesia, Jasmine, Rose Orchid. Spicebomb is being billed as a spicy, woody oriental scent with notes of bergamot, pink pepper, cinnamon, vetiver, red pepper and tobacco accord. I just hope that Spicebomb lives up to its name as I wasn't thrilled about their first men's fragrance Antidote!

The year is 2050 and you are on your way from London to New York. You check in at the airport, step unto the aircraft, and as it glides through the sky you marvel at your surroundings. Gone are the tiny circular windows and the boring in-flight entertainment. The craft you are traveling in instead has a see-through membrane that gives you amazing views outside, holographic pop-up gaming displays and in-flight entertainment powered by the heat of your body. It does not stop there, there are virtual pop-up projections taking you to which ever social scene you want to be in; gaming, shopping, beach, you name it. Amazing stuff eh! At least it would be if Aircraft manufacturer, Airbus can pull off its concept of what future air travel would be. We sure cannot wait.

Marsha Ambrosius: Late Nights & Early Monrings

While her contemporaries are busy making music videos just for the sake of making music video; we think shallow in the appropriate word, ex-Floetry singer Marsha Ambrosius is rather just content to make videos that convey real meaning and a relevant message. Case in point is her video for new single, 'Late Nights & Early Mornings'.
Continuing with where she left off with her last single 'Far Away', where she addressed discriminatory issues, Ambrosius steps it up a notch, this time touching on the subject of safe sex reminiscent of TLC's 1995 video for worldwide smash hit 'Waterfalls'. The concept if different. But the message is similar. If you cannot keep it in your pants, then make sure you strap one on.
Hopefully the likes of MTV and BET would take notice and serve up more videos like these instead of the typical over-polished trying to be controversial drab that now seems to dominate the airwaves. We salute you Marsha for this messages and for daring to be an artist with substance. The Album, 'Late Nights & Early Morning', is released via J Records and is available in stores now.
